Mica Dolan is the Chair of the ATI Foundation Board, and the President and Chief Operating Officer for ATI. She is responsible for developing company-wide best practices, as well as implementing and leading business operations and establishing policies to promote ATI’s mission and vision. Prior to this role, Mica led ATI’s Contracts and Procurement team which oversees ATI’s multi-billion dollar contract portfolio. She has an M.B.A from The Citadel and a B.S. in Finance and Management from the University of South Carolina.
