Foundation Update: Tracy Hoover Joins ATI Foundation Board as Trustee

With more than 30 years of experience leading change across the social sector, Tracy brings a depth of expertise that aligns powerfully with the ATI Foundation’s mission to eliminate barriers and build sustainable pathways to workforce success.
As the former CEO of Points of Light, the world’s largest organization dedicated to volunteer service, Tracy led teams that mobilized millions of volunteers each year—empowering individuals to use their time, talent, and resources to solve local challenges and strengthen communities around the globe. Her leadership redefined what it means to be an active citizen and set the standard for corporate citizenship and community impact
Today, Tracy serves as a trusted advisor to nonprofit executives, Fortune 500 companies, and mission-driven startups. Her strategic mindset and passion for scalable solutions make her a valuable addition to our board as the ATI Foundation continues to grow its programs, partnerships, and community impact.
