As Chief Executive Officer of Points of Light, the largest organization in the world dedicated to volunteer service, Tracy and her teams mobilized millions of volunteers each year to use their time, talent, voice and money to tackle local issues, combat societal ills and build strong, resilient, connected communities across the globe. Today, Tracy consults with leaders from non-profit organizations, Fortune 500 companies, social enterprises and B-Corp start-ups.
